I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin in Florence, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room, with its spacious sitting area, terrace overlooking the stunning view of Corse, and luxurious four-poster bed, provided the perfect retreat after days of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable - from the fresh mineral water always available to the complimentary Champagne and Christmas treats left in the room. The bathroom was a highlight, with its large size, separate shower, and ample clean towels provided daily. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of many tourist spots, and the riverfront right next door added to the charm of the stay.The Westin not only met but exceeded my expectations. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a prime location made my experience truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and convenience in the heart of Florence.
